Bob was born in Warren, Ohio and attended Warren G Harding high school. He later went to Kent State University and received his degree in accounting. After a few years, Bob went to Lake Erie College and received his MBA in business. He was employed by several companies in his career such as Towmotor Corp., 3M, Neff-Perkins, and Johnsonite all in North Eastern Ohio.
After retiring, Bob moved back to his hometown of Warren, OH and decided to get into Real Estate. Bob has many friends that he has kept in touch with over the years and now they come to him for all things real estate related. He has been selling real estate for the past 7 years. His knowledge and experience help him to find clients the best properties to meet their needs.
Bob has 2 grown children and 7 grandchildren. He enjoys golf with his friends during the week ,and on the weekend, he attends the Holy Resurrection Church where he is the Treasurer and sings in the choir. He also still enjoys playing with his rock band friends every week to have a release.
Bob loves the Warren area and hopes to continue to list and sell homes into the future.
Jill is a resident of Niles, Ohio and has lived in the area all of her life. She has been selling Real Estate for almost 30 years! Jill knows this business!
She is a quality negotiator with strong communication skills. Jill listens to her clients wants and needs. She believes in fairness and honesty and is committed to working hard on her clients' behalf.
John has been in the Real Estate business for almost 40 years - he has seen it all! He is honest and has an easy going way about him. You can count on John to ALWAYS get the job done! He goes above and beyond.
John resides in Howland, Ohio where he has lived for the past 40 years. He and his wife raised their 2 sons there. He graduated from Howland High School and then went onto Youngstown University where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration.
After graduation John volunteered his service by joining the US Navy. He spent time in NAS Whidbey Island, Washington before being deployed to MCAS Iwakuni in Japan. He was than assigned to the warship aircraft carrier, USS Kitty Hawk, that headed to Vietnam. John was given an Honorable discharge.
Prior to selling Real Estate, John spent many years as a sales representative for Masonite Corporation and Celotex Roofing corporation covering 25 counties in two states.
As well as selling real estate John likes to spend his time doing yard work, golfing, and helping people.

If experience is what you’re looking for, look no further. Lou has been selling Real Estate for 45 years and was in new construction for 15 years. Lou was a broker and owned his own real estate company in the in the 80’s and 90’s, so he has been around the block a time or two. He’s knowledgeable and committed to his work and his clients.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Lou graduated from New Castle Senior High School and then went to college in Kent State University in Ohio. He moved to Niles Ohio in 1966 where he and his wife still reside, and where they raised their 2 sons.
Some of the things Lou enjoys doing is spending time with family and friends. He enjoys camping, campfires, barbeques, relaxing on his pontoon boat, fishing, classic cars, and he has been making wine for years, of which he generously shares!
Lou is fun loving guy who enjoys life. Add that to his Real Estate knowledge and building experience and you can’t go wrong!
Tom grew up in Youngstown (Cornersburg) Ohio. He graduated from Canfield High in 1979. Two weeks later he moved to Southern California for a job hanging drywall. After 2 1/2 years bouncing from job to job and living "la vida loca," he returned home and graduated from YSU in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Science.
Tom left home in 1987 to pursue a career in Computer Science that took him to Washington DC (Fairfax, VA) and Colorado Springs. After 22 years working in the computer science field, he changed careers and became a self-employed handyman (2009). After 5 years building a successful handyman business, he finally escaped DC and returned home to Youngstown in 2014. Tom now sells Real Estate, remodels bathrooms, and works on his own properties. His hobbies include golf, fishing, cooking and traveling.
